What you begin to notice whilst you’re doing a typography project

Been for a small walk around Carlisle trying to find Staples  which took longer than it should have done i.e. we got lost but found some interesting things along the way.

What can be said about it?

Well it's a very clear font which makes it very noticeable.

.

This serif  font makes it look like it might be interesting to visit if I liked horror films.

Can't say much for the sign above the door either.

My first project

Begun work on my first brief which is all about black and white typography.  So I am currently scribbling ideas down on paper.
